Valued Customers, in 1984 Initial Impact first began operating as a wholesale
embroidery company servicing mostly large department stores, mail-order
catalogs, and uniform shops with custom embroidery. We opened our own retail
store in 1987 in the beautiful seaside town of Spring Lake, NJ. Through
our experience with department stores and in our own retail store, we’ve
learned which gift items are the most popular to be personalized, and we
are now offering some of them on our web site. We hope to be adding many
