In 1984, Dale and Donna Szakats opened Initial Impact and began operating as a wholesale contract embroidery company servicing mostly large department stores, mail-order catalogs, and uniform shops with custom embroidery and monogramming.

In 1987, Initial Impact moved to the beautiful seaside town of Spring Lake, NJ.  Our location is a showroom for corporate apparel as well as a retail store that is stocked with great personalized gifts for all occasions.  We offer in-house embroidery as well as screen-printing, digital printing and imprinted promotional products.
